planner for iPhone & iPad that recommends workouts from a database of
1800+ exercises, and lets you plan and track them, while also tracking your
weight, body fat percentage, and BMI.

Whether you are a beginner or advanced lifter, Gym Journey can be of great help. The first use of this
fitness app is to plan workouts. You can do it in 3 ways. For the more experienced
the app allows creating custom workout templates (for example triceps, biceps,
chest.) with you selecting each exercise. If you are a beginner you can either
pick the app to suggest a custom workout plan based on your gender, activity level,
or you can try their professional workout plans depending on your goals.
Once you pick a workout plan you can do and record your
workout within the app. You can customize each set with repetitions and weight.
All your workouts and sets will be then recorded and kept on the cool workout
summary page. There you can also add progress photos and keep the motivation
on. For added motivation, there are achievements, weight tracker, BMI, and body
fat percentage trackers too.
