HeadLamp - CBT App Project That Can Help People

Stress and anxiety can cause many health disorders and generally make us feel bad. While browsing Indiegogo we’ve found an interesting app project that will tackle this problem in an unique way. It goes under the name of HeadLamp and quickly it has earned critical acclaim and exposure because of the great idea and the founders. The app will be based on Cognitive behavioral therapies (CBT), which have long been viewed as one of the most effective therapies in treating anxiety and depression.
It is an project of individuals that have already experienced high levels of anxiety through out their whole lives. After years of searching, they confirm that they’ve finally found a way to battle it and live happy lives. Now, they want to show the world this method of stress & anxiety release in order to help many people worldwide against this everyday life problem.

Their idea for doing this is creation of an app called HeadLamp. The app is currently in development, so we decided to support it because we truly respect and like the idea behind it. We also want to announce the ideas of HeadLamp. The first version of HeadLamp will include cognitive behavioral therapies, thought hacking (also referred to as "mindhacking") techniques, and positive behavioral reinforcement. Later on the app will consist self-care techniques like meditation and breathing exercises.

Currently gathering funds on Indiegogo, HeadLamp has a goal to help you get rid of the negative and destructive thinking. Simply, it wants to rewire your brain and change your life. It wants to help people who want less stress, worry, and anxiety in their lives. HeadLamp has a goal to implement changes that will enable you more positive and fulfilled life.

These kind of projects should get more media attention because they can have great impact on people lives and offer amazing value to users. Find more about the app here or in the video bellow and contribute to their funding on IndieGogo here.
